HomeCareIntent is a new, independent company building market intelligence for the businesses that serve U.S. home care agencies.
Home care is licensed state by state, under different names and rules. The records are public, but they are scattered, formatted differently, and rarely tell you what changed. We collect them from official sources, keep every snapshot, and detect the changes that matter to vendors: new agencies, new locations, new administrators, licensee and status changes.
We are building state by state. A state goes live only after its source, schema and change detection pass review. Our coverage page shows the status of every state, including the ones we haven't finished.

- Publish a number that isn't computed from a live jurisdiction's records.
- Claim customers, testimonials, partnerships or certifications we don't have.
- Call monthly or weekly government data real-time.
- Collect information about patients, clients or care recipients.
